1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or using the Nandu Nai mobile app or website (nandunai.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Account & Registration

You must provide accurate information (name, phone number, email if used for password recovery, and other details as required). One phone number may be used across customer, stylist, or owner roles as permitted by the platform. Misuse, fake accounts, or impersonation may lead to suspension.

4. Bookings & Appointments

When you book a service, you request an appointment with a salon or stylist. Confirmation depends on salon availability. Service prices, duration, and inclusions are shown before booking. For home service bookings, you must provide a valid service address. The salon is responsible for delivering the service as described.

5. Walk-in Queue

Some salons offer walk-in or same-day queue booking. Queue position and wait times are estimates only. Salons may adjust queue order for operational or safety reasons.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel a booking from the app subject to salon policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings. Salons may reschedule or refuse service in case of operational issues, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Payments

Payment options shown at checkout may include cash at salon, UPI (via your own UPI app such as GPay or PhonePe), or other methods as enabled. UPI payments open your external payment app — Nandu Nai does not store your UPI PIN or full bank credentials. You agree to pay the final amount for services booked. Online card payments via Razorpay may be added later. Refunds, if any, follow salon and platform policy applicable at the time of booking.

8. Style AI

Style AI provides suggestions based on face-shape analysis. Results are indicative only — not medical or professional advice. Final style decisions rest with you and your stylist. Your selfie is used for analysis only and is not shown in style previews.

9. Loyalty & Referrals

Loyalty points and referral rewards may be offered from time to time. Redemption features may be marked "Coming soon" until fully launched. We reserve the right to change or discontinue loyalty programmes with reasonable notice.

10. User Conduct

You must not harass staff, post false reviews, abuse the booking or payment system, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

11. Salon & Third-Party Services

Salons and stylists listed on Nandu Nai are independent businesses. Nandu Nai facilitates discovery and booking but is not responsible for service quality, injuries, home-visit safety, or disputes at the salon — though we encourage fair resolution and support where possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Nandu Nai is not liable for indirect losses, downtime, or issues arising from third-party salons, payment apps, or maps services. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed under applicable Indian law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is available in the app and at nandunai.com/terms.html. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
