Delete from inside the app (instant)
Customers, salon owners, and staff / stylists can all delete their own account from the app:
- Open the app and go to Account
- Under Privacy & data, tap Delete account & data
- Tap Delete now, confirm, and enter your password — deletion is permanent and immediate
- Customer: profile, bookings, favourites, reviews, and personal data
- Staff: stylist profile, job offers / leave records, and personal data
- Owner: owner account and salons you own (pending bookings cancelled; staff detached)
From the same screen you can also open this website or email support if you prefer assistance. Platform admins can also delete customer, staff, or owner accounts from the Admin panel.
Delete without the app (this page)
- Email support@nandunai.com
- Use subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered phone number and full name (required to verify your account)
- We will confirm and delete your account and personal data within 30 days (usually sooner)
What will be deleted
- Account profile (name, phone, email, role)
- Booking history linked to your account
- Notification preferences and device push tokens
- Saved favourites and in-app settings
- Style AI selfies you submitted (if any)
- Reviews and ratings linked to your account
What may be retained
We may keep limited records where required by Indian law, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution (for example anonymised completed transaction records for salon owners). Retained data is not sold to advertisers. See our data retention policy.
