Terms & conditions

  1. Subscription pricing for Staff (₹99/month) and Salon Owners (₹699/month) becomes effective from 1 January 2027.
  2. Yearly plans include a 10% discount versus paying monthly for 12 months. Displayed yearly totals are rounded to the nearest rupee.
  3. 0% commission applies to salon service bookings facilitated on Nandu Nai — it does not cover optional third-party payment gateway fees, taxes, or SMS/OTP costs if introduced later with notice.
  4. Customers are not charged a Nandu Nai subscription to browse or book. Salons set their own service prices.
  5. “Typical other apps” figures are indicative market ranges for illustration only and are not claims about any named competitor.
  6. Plans, features and limits may be updated with reasonable notice on nandunai.com and in the app. Taxes (GST) extra if applicable under Indian law.
  7. One active staff plan per stylist account; owner plan covers salon tools per owner account subject to platform salon limits.
  8. Refunds, pauses and upgrades follow Nandu Nai support policy at the time of request. Contact support@nandunai.com.
